see relatedYesterday I walked briskly from work to the subway (15 minutes), from the train station to the gym (15 mins), then spent 20 minutes on the stair climber, burning 300 calories in the process. Then I did some injury prevention jumps on the bowsu on each leg and did some circuit training in the main weight room area. I spent about 45 mins at the gym total, and 30 minutes walking briskly.
Good!
